How current are your databases?
Our databases are updated biannualy or more frequently as necessary. We take pride in the fact that our lists are always as current as possible.
How do you deliver my database?
Once you’ve paid for your database and it has cleared in our account, you will receive a link to download your database immediately, the database will be in excel format. It’s a fast and easy process and we take pride in being able to offer you the fastest and most reliable service of its kind.
How can I make payment?
Because we are dealing with fairly large payments we have opted out of the online banking route and have, for your peace of mind, decided to issue you an invoice once we receive your order. This invoice will have our banking details on it and payment can be made by EFT or Direct Deposit .
Are the databases opt-in?
Our databases are purchased from third party companies and to the best of our knowledge they are all opt-in.
What happens if I find invalid emails or duplicate emails?
We have a "Buffer" package which we add to all databases purchased. This is additional emails (5% of total bought) given to you to replace/allow for any invalid emails or duplicate emails you may encounter.
